Finally taking part...
I signed up for the 2009 Block A Month CAL at the beginning of the year but, never participated. Well I finally decided to jump in. I'm spending the week at my moms. I brought my knitting and crochet bag with me, but no projects to do so I was trying to find something to work on. I started with the 2009 January block (there's a 2008 CAL as well on Ravelry. The block is called Mandala.

I'm in this group, too, and for some reason I've never made a block, either! I think I'm intimidated by the thought of a blanket. How silly, huh?
